Two New People in the Head Management for Rungis

Jessica Thibaudier and Florent Boissi recently joined the Head of Management at CFF Rungis.

After two years with the CFF Group team as Group Commercial Coordinator and then Pastry Coordinator, Jessica Thibaudier took over the purchasing department of CFF Rungis at the beginning of October. She has more than 15 years of experience in emblematic companies such as La Maison du Chocolat and Tarte Tropรฉzienne.

Florent Boissi, Sales Development Manager, has taken over the management of Classic Fine Foods Rungis export development department after having worked for 2 years in the purchasing department as Purchasing Manager. With more than 15 years of experience in the world of gastronomy, his objective is to put his product expertise at the service of their customers and to extend the reputation of Classic Fine Foods to destinations unknown to the Group until now: the Caribbean, Africa, the USA, Ocean Indian…

Hurray for Federations!

Julien Andrau recently met with Olivier Batel and 3 Federation managers: Pierre-Henri Dufiet (Hong Kong, Seafood), Richard Sanders (UK, Meat), and Nicolas Roulleaux (France, Fruits & Veg) to discuss the work that was done over the past year. As it is very satisfying, it was agreed that they would carry on this setup and they will now report to Julien.

Their main tasks are:

  • Work as a team across all CFF branches
  • Carry on our strategy
  • Relay information (new product, seasonality)
  • Urge countries to do Common Sourcing
  • Train people, develop knowledge
  • Push countries to streamline, use 1 process, and discipline people

A well-deserved promotion in Indonesia

Congratulations to Cecilia Gustiva! Cecilia has always been a dedicated employee since she joined Classic Fine Foods Indonesia in 2007. She is highly appreciated and recognized by her colleagues for her skills, goodwill, and work efficiency so her name came as an obvious choice when the management decided to modernize the company structure. She was promoted in 2022 from Supply Chain Manager to Procurement and Import Manager and the customs clearance team was integrated under her supervision.

A new role in the UK warehouse

Andreaa Craciunescu joined CFF UK in June of 2021 as a Warehouse Operative. When the opportunity for Purchasing and Supply Chain Assistant came up in July of 2022, her name naturally came up. That is due to her knowledge of the products, her willingness to progress and advance in her career. Once she was shown the ropes of the role, she picked up quickly. Initially, she was taken on for this role for 3 months but due to her dedication and quick grasp, since October 1st, she has been given the role permanently.
