Excellent Results on Official Stress Check Levels for Classic Fine Foods Japan

Since December 2015, it is mandatory in Japan for companies with 50 or more employees to conduct a stress check level once a year. The purpose of this scheme is to assess the level of stress among workers, promote awareness of stress among workers, improve the workplace environment, and create a comfortable workplace.

This year, Classic Fine Foods Japan was rewarded for its particularly excellent results: 100% inspection rate “Stress-Free Companyโ€, Gold Award; Improvement from the previous year by 10% or more “Stress Improvementโ€, Silver Award; and โ€œOverall Health Risk of 90 or lessโ€, Bronze Award. Well done Classic Fine Foods Japan!

Winning Gold at the Worldโ€™s Steak Challenge

2GR Australian Wagyu won 3 gold medals at the world steak challenge! Classic Fine Foods is the exclusive distributor in the UK and could not be more proud of their team who participated in the competition.

World Steak Challenge (WSC) is the worldโ€™s first event to give steak producers and suppliers a much-needed platform to showcase product quality, breed credentials, and processing standards on an international stage. WSC enables entrants to test their steaks against global competitors, delivering a recognised stamp of quality and setting the benchmark for global steak production. With a focus on endorsing steak as a positive lifestyle choice and as a sustainable choice, WSC also provides an opportunity for entrants to engage with consumers and promote the benefits of eating steak as part of a healthy balanced diet. Since 2015, WSC has seen thousands of steaks tasted, tested, and scored through an independent, robust judging process at an annual judging day. The ensuing awards ceremony provides an unrivalled opportunity for producers and suppliers to showcase their produce whilst networking with buyers and experts from within the steak industry.
