In early June the CFF Group was pleased to return to an in-person management meeting for the first time in five years and present ‘ONE CFF CONFERENCE’ welcoming 130 attendees from across all our regions to a spectacular setting in Kuala Lumpur. It was a fantastic way to strengthen connections and for everyone to be kept updated on company ambitions.
The theme for this year’s conference was focused on our internal strategy and this was the common thread of the whole event, with sessions centered on balancing the Classic Fine Foods secret recipe for success! Inspirational presentations left colleagues hungry to return home and set themselves – and their teams, on the right path for the future.
Complimenting the full roster of strategy sessions, the packed schedule found time for team building activities where groups of our employees took the city by storm to complete a series of challenges. With an emphasis on cooperation and collaboration, the teams mixed colleagues from all our regions and departments to inject a healthy dose of competition into the event.
The gala evening celebration featured an ‘Around The World’ theme and dress code, which prompted and outstanding fancy dress effort. With all our regions represented, some sported exquisite outfits befitting a national celebration, while others emulated their local heroes and realized some rock n’ roll dreams in the process! It’s the Classic Fine Foods family, but for one night only, as you’ve never seen them before.
