The 2023 Outstanding Leadership Awards were presented as part of an evening of festivities at the group’s global management meeting; ONE CFF CONFERENCE. The purpose of the annual awards is to celebrate and recognize the outstanding achievements of some of the most remarkable leaders within the CFF global community.

The honored individuals have displayed exceptional qualities and characteristics including as mentors and coaches, leading by example, infallible ethics, inspiring forward thinking, persistence in learning and achieving their goals for the greater good.
