The Group and regional channels celebrate Eid

As well as applauding and showcasing activity from all CFF regions with promotion of global events, partnerships and new launches, the Group also has a focus on creating relevant content for use on our own and the regional pages. The video animation in celebration of Eid al-Fitr generated strong interest. The result was 2,141 impressions and 715 views prompting 50 reactions. The timely sharing of this inclusive messaging drove the positive performance, with similar activity executed for other notable dates and festivals such as Earth Day, Father’s Day and Pride.

CFF Indonesia shines a light on Young Talents

Indonesia does not yet have MICHELIN or any of the famous worldwide culinary associations however, Disciples Escoffier opened at the beginning of 2022 and CFF Indonesia supported their young chef competition and gala dinner. In 2023, the team moved forward as a ‘silver’ sponsor and involved themselves in the young talent programs, assisting with the organization of the Young Talents Escoffier Indonesia and the Young Talents Escoffier Asia Pacific. The chef-mentors shared a few live pictures and videos and it was a buzz on their Instagram account!

CFF HK & Macau celebrate the MICHELIN Guide Ceremony

The MICHELIN Guide Ceremony will remain for CFF HK & Macau the most intense moment of the year. As such, the best post made recently was on the LinkedIn platform. A lot of people were involved from all sides, from the MICHELIN committee team directly to suppliers and CFF teams. Due to the involvement of so many people, this post was widely shared and received a high number of impressions and a 61.5% engagement rate.

CFF UAE create a tempting Weiss Chocolate reel

The reel brought to life a delightful afternoon tea session with Weiss Chocolate in Dubai. It served as a platform to introduce the extraordinary vegan selection, a culinary collaboration between the talented Chef Richard Hawke, Pastry Chef Sebastien Bernis and Chef Ines Chatti. The primary objective was to showcase the remarkable potential of vegan chocolate and emphasize that exquisite vegan desserts can be crafted without compromising on quality. Vegan Afternoon Tea has a big influence in Singapore

The launch of Singapore’s Weiss Vegan Afternoon Tea during Veganuary month took place at one of CFF Singapore’s customer destinations, the Anti:Dote Bar, Fairmount Hotel. On the day of launch, CFF and Anti:Dote invited influencers for a tasting and to share their thoughts over social media. The posts were one of the highlights during the month of Veganuary.

Celebrating The Coronation by CFF UK

CFF UK celebrated the coronation of King Charles III with an Instagram reel, joining Four Seasons London Ten Trinity’s Executive Pastry Chef Sylvain Goujon in the kitchen to create an impressive Gariguette Strawberry Confit, Shisho Crémeux and Yuzu Chocolate Crown. Made with ingredients included in our KING’S CORONATION SELECTION: Valrhona Premium Yuzu Inspiration Couverture, PCB Creation Cocoa Butter Spray, Ponthier Fruit Purée and Gariguette Strawberries from Classic Harvest.
