When new products make their market entrance, it is a fantastic way to engage existing customers, and attract new ones. Here are a few of CFFโ€™s latest launches around the world.

New Comers in the Plant Based Category at CFF UK

Redefine Meat believes enjoying meat is about more than just taste; itโ€™s an experience that caters to all your senses. Having studied meatโ€™s complex structure down to its molecular composition, the company understands what drives each sensory process. In developing its own proprietary technology, Redefine Meat has mastered the ability to create new plant-based meat that gratifies on every level. Redefine Meat products have a meaty taste and superior texture delivering a real meat experience.

Also available from CFF UK is Julienne Bruno. Set up by a group of passionate chefs, devoted to creating delicious plant-based dairy products from humble ingredients, the brand offers plant-based cheese (Burrella, Original Spread, and Superstraccia).

Regarding the plant-based category, Ash Parker, CFF UK Category Manager Plant-based explains: โ€œWe launched this category in January 2022, having seen the success our colleagues had launching plant based in other markets. We launched 4 soon to be 5 brands in this space. Tindle a chicken alternative, Redefine Meat a revolutionary brand with 3D-printed plant-based steaks, Impossible the largest plant-based company in the world & Julienne Bruno an innovative plant-based cheese producer. Next, we will launch Be Better, a brand making plant-based butter sheets for vegan pastry.

We have seen our customers look to us for more innovative menu options in this space, looking to satisfy a more discerning customer. Being the first to launch some of these brands in the UK has allowed us to bring on new customers not previously working with CFF. The future looks bright for plant-based at CFF UK as we listen to our customersโ€™ needs and search for more innovative products.โ€

Ponthier now available at CFF Indonesia

After a few years of registration, CFF Indonesia were finally able to launch Ponthier fruit purรฉes.

CFF Indonesia are very enthusiastic about the quality of Ponthier products not only taste-wise but also from a traceability point of view (sharp selection of the varieties, countries of origin/region, and down to the producers). They love the 100% pure fruit purรฉe or a maximum of 10% sugar cane. They started with the frozen fruit purรฉes and will soon launch the chilled ones. It is important for CFF Indonesia to fulfill the needs of their pastry chefs with fruit purรฉes and to enlarge their offer in the beverages category.

Tita, Sales Manager Food Service Jakarta and Pastry Category Manager explains: โ€œIt is a great addition to our pastry assortment. We have a very wide range of chocolates with Valrhona, Pรขtissier, and DGF but we were definitely missing some fruit purรฉes. We already have nice leads with ice cream makers and even a brewery! Very surprisingly, we see huge interest in some flavors that were not successful a few years back such as apricot, granny Smith apple, or coconutโ€ฆ: the world is changing!โ€

C'est Bon: itโ€™s tasty! now available at CFF Vietnam

C’est Bon Bakery was established in early 2015 by Matthieu Lagarrigue in Hanoi. C’est Bon Bakery aims to satisfy the Southeast Asian market with quality French bakery products. The bakery is renowned for supplying premium French cake products for the luxury hospitality and gastronomy industry for 20 years. Macaron Shells, Tart Shells, frozen Butter Pains Aux Raisins, frozen Butter Pains Au Chocolat, frozen Butter Croissants, and Chocolate Bonbons are now available at Classic Fine Foods Vietnam. C’est Bon Bakery’s products are made using artisan methods and offer a standard of French taste, premium cake, and bakery art.

St Michel Frozen Madeleines & French Butter Cake for Food Service from CFF Malaysia

CFF Malaysia recently introduced St Michel Frozen Madeleines in five flavors: pure butter, citrus, crรจme brรปlรฉe, chocolate hazelnut filled, strawberry jam filled, and Frozen French Butter Cake โ€“ soft & moist, ideal to serve for breakfast, dessert, or snack to their food service customers.

St Michel is an independent, family-owned French bakery since 1905, dedicated to making satisfying and delicious biscuits & pastries with an artisan approach and consistent quality. They are highly committed to their products, for which they only use pure butter, 100% French wheat flour, and cage-free eggs in their recipes. In 2022, they have been voted โ€œFranceโ€™s Favourite Brandโ€ by a French consumer group among other 1,300 participating brands!

A New Fruit Juice Range, fully organic at CFF HK

Francis Miot is one of our most remarkable brands when it comes to gourmet food. Famous for its exceptional jams, the French South West confectioner has been awarded multiple times worldwide for its outstanding products. Classic Fine Foods Hong Kong & Macau are delighted to be launching a range of fully organic fruit juices under the brand as they look to make more responsible products for their customers. The fruit juice range is a new product for the brand, making its dรฉbut on the Hong Kong & Macau markets.

Dalat Deli specializes in cold meat products from Alsace, a famous place with a long history of culture and history in the meat processing industry of France.
