The theme of the evening was “Excellence Around the World,” showcasing the incredible diversity and talents within the Michelin awarded Chefs. For the second consecutive year, Classic Fine Foods Hong Kong & Macau proudly served as the Official Partner of the event.
At the MICHELIN 2024 Gala, we had the incredible opportunity to promote the exceptional gastronomy and high-quality products of our esteemed partners. Our team was on hand to facilitate connections, provide support, and highlight the diverse and innovative ingredients that make up the backbone of the world’s finest cuisines.
As the night ended, all participants gathered for a final, triumphant photo, capturing the spirit of collaboration and camaraderie that made the Michelin Gala Dinner unforgettable.

This Instagram post celebrated Pierre Oteiza bringing his expertise and the sunshine of the Basque Country to Hong Kong and Macau.
Pierre Oteiza, a renowned craftsman and producer based in the small village of Les Aldudes (population 300) in the heart of the Pyrenean Basque Country, 50 km from Bayonne, recently travelled to Hong Kong for an exclusive, short visit. Oteiza is known for producing high-quality Kintoa ham, charcuterie, and pรขtรฉs year-round in his home village. During his trip to CFF Hong Kong and Macau, the local teams were fortunate to witness a showcase of authentic Basque culinary traditions. This included demonstrations of ham cutting, live cooking, and tastings that allowed our team to fully experience the artisanal techniques and flavors Oteiza has perfected in his Basque Country workshop.

For the creation of the content, we took the opportunity to film Isigny National Sales Manager Antoine Faguais, who visited us at TheTasteLab during the masterclass with Pastry Chef Cyrille Van Der Stuyft that was sponsored by Isigny. We are thrilled to celebrate our partnership with Classic Fine Foods UAE and Touch, an inclusive talent management and disability inclusion consultancy agency. Together, we collaborated on a special Christmas 2023 project featuring artwork by Chloe, Alina, and Reem on our panettone boxes.
Touch negotiated a portion of the sales to support their initiatives, with another portion funding a water filtration system for a school in Kampong Chhnang, Cambodia, through their global outreach program, Pedal for Water.
A presentation ceremony was held by the Classic Fine Foods UAE project team, led by @chef_ineschatti, @andreea__dodan, @silv.11a, and Sales Director Hendrick, who presented the cheque to the artists. Bar 44 at Grosvenor House, Dubai, graciously hosted the event with delicious food prepared by Chef Ranu (Stickyrice) and his team.
