Earlier this year Classic Fine Foods launched a defining clear Vision, Mission, and set of Values. By doing this we have set the foundation for a sustainable and growing business. It ensures staff confidence in the company’s direction, clarity in objectives, and alignment towards common goals. We focus now on our teams all over the world that took part in our launches and in our hotly contested Global Values Challenge!
Launching this across the globe involved every office from every country. It was truly embraced by all members of staff, demonstrating and celebrating their commitment to the new Mission, Vision & Values, with each country celebrating in their own unique way.
As part of the launch, we challenged teams in different countries to come up with a creative way to express one or all our values. The requirement was to be resourceful and collaborate on the output. The results were astounding! With over 45 entries, each demonstrating a lot of creativity and ingenuity, a real testament to our company Values. The variety of entries was very imaginative, we received puzzle games, poetry, acting, storytelling and singing. With stories and demonstrations of the journey of our ingredients, interactions with customers and bringing our Values to life! The winners of the challenge were teams from Malaysia, UK and Vietnam respectively and they all showed a fantastic level of ingenuity.
