A super-sized flower dessert for the Chelsea Flower Show

CFF UKโ€™s Pastry Chef & Head of Culinary Development, Denis Dramรฉ MCA, got creative and made a delicious giant flower-shaped Jammy Dodger for the famed Chelsea Flower Show, using ingredients from our partners including Valrhona Raspberry Inspiration, Ponthier Raspberry Purรฉe, SOSA glucose, and Arzagot’s beautiful edible verbena flower. With 5815 views, the Instagram post was a super-sized success!

A pre-event video creates a buzz

A few minutes before the Valrhona 100th anniversary event opened in Bali, the pastry team from Kempinski Bali and Cyril Kongo were adding the final touches to their spectacular chocolate phoenix. It was captured in a short video posted on Instagram. The post reached 6,250 accounts and was played 6,363 times. Hats off to the level of focus and passion captured at the moment!

A commitment to sustainability

CFF Hong Kong chose LinkedIn to announce their first participation in the monthly โ€œFood Made Goodโ€ meeting, a sustainable association for professionals to share their experience on a much-needed theme: Sustainable Meat and Alternative Proteins. It was a great opportunity for Joyce Ngai, Plant-based Product Manager, and Facundo Fernandes, Meat Product Manager, to present CFF Hong Kongโ€™s range of sustainable products at the Mandarin Oriental. They explained the companyโ€™s long-term vision and commitment to the environment, and how they rigorously select products and partners accordingly.

A great mixology masterclass

CFF Malaysia used its Instagram account to report on the success of Andros Chunky Mixology Masterclass. A great team effort, teaching attendees to make cocktails, mocktails, savory food and desserts, which also highlighted the product’s versatility.

A new CEO for Classic Fine Foods

Classic Fine Foods Group went to LinkedIn to announce that Jens Michel, formerly Chief Executive Officer Metro Myanmar was named Chief Executive Officer of Classic Fine Foods Group. The post included a quote from departing CFF CEO Christophe Barret who said: โ€œโ€ฆ.[Jens will continue to nurture, scale and design the future of Classic Fine Foods with my current board colleagues into the next steps. He can rely on a passionate and engaged team, dedicated to deliver every day the very best from the world to our customers]โ€. The post received the highest number of likes & comments in the past 6 months.

Business Africa trade show

In September, Classic Fine Foods Rungis took to Instagram to announce their sponsorship of the Business Africa trade show in Paris. They will also be a partner for the next edition in Senegal! It was, and will be, a great opportunity to meet actors of economic and entrepreneurial development in Africa. Sandrine Anoรฏ Lรฉgier, Managing Director of Classic Fine Foods Rungis, presented a workshop on “Africa – Europe, the complexity and challenges of tomorrow’s food market”, an occasion to highlight Classic Fine Foods’ expertise facing the challenges of the export market.

A fantastic evening to REconnect

It is also on Instagram that CFF Singapore reported on the fabulous event where partners, clients, CFF GMโ€™s, and board members gathered before the FHA opening. It was a remarkable evening to exchange and share current trends, business views, and opportunities. The post received CFF Singapore’s highest performance: it reached 1460 accounts and received 110 post engagements.

Michelin plaque delivery!

CFF UAE made a Reel when they delivered the Michelin plaque to Tresind Studio, a 1-Michelin-star restaurant located on the Dubai Palm. Tresind is a beautiful boutique restaurant with only 6 tables and 20 seats! The cuisine is high-end Indian, with a really nice guest experience and a culinary journey that visits the 4 compasses of India, from north to south and from east to west. The young Indian Chef, Himanshu, is passionate and aims to bring Indian cuisine to the forefront of fine dining. The Reel posted on CFF UAEโ€™s Instagram received the highest number of views.
